The Phenom II X940 will be as expensive or less expensive than these two intel procs. $245 and $270 respectively for the Q9300 / Q9400. Its been rumored that the X940 Phenom will fall a bit below or within these price ranges. Its more performance for your dollar, what it really boils down to.
