No Keakar it is not the same PC I guess it is the HD because is getting hot and I do not hear it running when I turn the system on! I'm installing another HD I have here and install the OS on it.

I'm getting the BIOS System Configuration screen and at the very end searching for Boot Record from IDE-0..OK Error Loading operating system What can I do to make it boot?

All done Guys...it was the XP OS I formated the HD after saving all her files on my PC then installed a new OS, till today everything is running s mood! Thanks for everything Guys!

The PC still under Guaranty thats the only concern she have , do not want to lose it! If I get the OS and fix the problem without opening the system no one will notice and she don't have to wait too long to get it fix by them and that way the guaranty will still be good!
