The Element Q can have Drive Bays External 5.25” x 1 / -3.5” x 1 Internal - 3.5” x 1 That is 5.12 tall & 8/66 wide, it seems to have no trouble.

So I have a Geforce GTX650 (4.45ish inches tall) & it is odd IMO that the shortest case for mITX with 2 slots is 7ish inches. Why not a case 5.6 inches tall with 2 slots.

I Have a dual slot GPU purchased a few months back. There is no way to get a 2 slot version huh?

Is it possible? I would love to put anther slot in the back of a Element q, I would think really hard about getting it if my duel width GPU would be good in it.

Yes, the heat is a prob., it just seems odd to me there are almost no 5.1 tall 2 slot cases, the Lan-gear people went bust & the other one is Japanes, so not to sure on specs. The pages English section seems to have a not working products link.

that is Japanese not sure on exp. slots, also http://www.lan-gear.eu/langear-miniITX I think they went bust though. So any you know of?

I love the EQ, but I have a duel width board (Geforce GTX650) & the PSU won't do. Can I replace it with a more wattage PSU? Also would the Opt. drive give me trouble fitting the GPU in with it?
