there is a way to build what you want using a couple pieces of laminate(formica) and some spray foam insulation. but it takes some work. they would be light, strong and acoustically good too........

1/4 " plywood would be lighter and stronger than particle board(cheaper too)

What chipset is it? I had a Nvidia chipset do this to me. I had install and uninstall. the drivers serveral times to get it to work properly.

check to see if it's enabled in the bios.

Have you tried running MS malicious software removal tool in safemode? It got rid of a similar virus my wife had on hers.( It plants itself in the restore point files where you can't get access to it, even most AV can't get in there) if you go in to safemode turn off system restore and then run...

Well the biggest trick is to find a coolant that is not volatile and has a freezing and dew point below 0*c(32*f). There are some but the cost is prohibitive and or extremely tough to get access to...............

Well the problem iwth using a rad as a heat exchanger is you will lose some efficiency. However the upside is that by having the closed loop being cooled by the tower your less likely to have growth in your loop and if the tower happens to run low you'll still have cooling.............
