    As I wrote above: "I have a ThermalTake DH-103 (ATX) media center case with two 120mm fans (1 in, 1 out) running with 12v. I cannot fit anymore fans into the case." Putting more fans into the case is not an option. If it was, it would not make sense for me to get a passive GFX.
