Looks like you got the Sapphire Unlocked X800GTO's (X800XL) that everyone has been receiving. They come with blue PCB with 16pipes unlocked out of the box (mine did anyway).... Idle @40-45c and 70-75c under load. These cards don't overclock very well (because of R430 core)...but my 3DMark03 came...
I know exactly what he's talking about...
the recent X800GTO's with blue PCB don't come with ramsinks...so there's no holes to mount the ramsinks...therefore the ATISilencer5 does not fit correctly (unless you remove the 3 prongs) because the ceramic ramsink is secured with 3 prongs.

Reason why, was because the card I received had no ramsinks so there were no mounting holes for the ramsinks. I'm not sure why, but that's how the cards with the blue pcb's are i think.

Sapphire X800GTO (blue) that came with 16p. Ran hot as hell until I added a Zalman cooler. Now idles at 37 and 51 under load.
I can't get any higher than 441/530 before artifacts. 3DMark03 is 9800...vast improvement over my Geforce Ti4400.
