In the UK i use a Huawei B535 which you can get free with a plan from a network provider or buy for about £110. Its fine 99% of the time with 3 PCs connected, tv and mobile phones but can get slow a peak times. Fine for web browsing, streaming video, Roblox/Minecraft online etc

Specs updated. Internet is very slow i.e typical download 50kb/s when it is working so no games with any updating.

I think the best fps for beginners are the No One Lives Forever series, funny and a good start. Call of Duty series on easier difficulty also gives you a good grounding.

Toms hardware guide did an oil cooled PC thing last year. Worked quite well, only problem was sealing up the case so no oil escaped.

Dolf, attached is my bios with the clocks set to 499.50. Please could you make it recognise my r480 core and save the clocks as default. Thanks!
