So the gaming performance is on par with 7950x model. If you live near Microcenter 7950x are priced at $550 USD. Official MSRP for 5800x3D is $450. That $100 may/may not be worth it for more core count for your preferred applications.
This was my first entry into the rabbit hole of mech keyboard. It needs new stabilizer since the one included is terrible. Also pcb foam is recommended to reduce the pingy hollowness that this board has.
Good read as usual but you do need a 5 pin hotswap keyboard to test out these switches. Keep up the good work. This is a new facet of computer that I am greatly enjoying...except for the long wait for group buys and GMK!

This news almost make me feel better about missing the EVGA invite to purchase RTX 3090 that was only good for 8 hours...almost. Now back to waiting for vaporware GPU from both camps. FML!
