Okay those are the parts that I have, considering that I already have a case and other peripherals ready at home. I would still need an OS.. I'm running Vista right now and I definitely liked XP better. Any suggestions on that? I may want 64bit to utilize more RAM in the future.

No. I have a keyboard and mouse ready to go. And I'm fine with my logitech speakers. I also have a relatively decent case. It's Thermaltake Mid-Tower. And I have a 550 PSU, not sure if that's enough for an upgrade though.
