Slightly off topic, but real temp works fine in Windows 7!:D

Like the OP said reset your Bios (clear CMOS), run your Ram at default Vcore and timings then let us know how you get on! If it helps, post what settings you've changed in your bios and that would give us a better indication of what might help you get a stable overclock

Edit: I'm using a true 120 + noctua fan, Antec 900 case and It's summer here in Australia.
