see by reviews the spped not a issue,some reviews its too fast,good complaint Razer Lachesis is over 1 inche longer than g9 and 1/2 inche shorter in width from what i read ,there a learning curve with Razer Lachesis because of its shape,had thsi before with another razer so lenght is good but...

the g9 is smaller than g5 which g5 suited my hand but got used to high dpi so g5 out,if its bigger than g9,then has to be better,if not,will look at Cyber Snipa Stinger Mouse which has good reviews

cheers for that im looking at getting the saitek mouse you have or the Cyber Snipa Stinger Mouse have big hand and g9 give me cramp during gaming ilke cod4,css etc when online gaming as long as its for big hand and has at least 4 buttons for gaming
