OK, I was not clear. Atitool is running for 20-30 minutes with "Find max", but after this time the memory going to be hot. Atitool is testing the whole memory spectrum, isn't it?

Then why is it working on default frequency (500)? The chips are warm in use (45C on the back side with alu heatsink) of Atitool "Find max mem".

I tryed to modify my memory timings on my card (Gecube 9550XT 400/500 128MB Hynix2.8). The base were the bioses on this site. After examining the different bioses with this mem I made a list. The final values were based on 9600XT values. I didn't flashed the bios, only used the Rabit realtime...
