My question would be why is the radiator mounted upside down? The same (i think) is true for the CPU. If you mount it this way around chances are high that air gets trapped in the CPU block.

Yes and no. A Black Rock Pro will emit a lot of heat into the case - plus graphics card. Usually the rest of the components do not get as hot. So it depends what kind of cooling performance your case has to offer.

Crysis cut a lot of corners like faking volumetric lightning etc. to look like it did. Thats why the performance scales really bad on modern machines.

If Budget is that much of Problem skip the Windows 10 key. Buy a Windows 7 prof 64Bit from a Keystore (mmoga.com) 17€ and upgrade it for 0€ to Windows 10. For 700p you should be able to get a core i5 at least.

Single 980ti... if you can afford it buy a second one later. :) Why is there a 1500w power supply in the rig? I recall one of my 980s not being enough for playable framerates on 3x 1920x1080 in Battlefield 4.

The game is nothing short of GREAT. The performance is ok in most parts of the game. The Batmobil still is good for a lot of framedrops. I was able to play the unpatched Version in 1080p Max Detail (Gameworks on) with 2x 980s. 1x dedicated to physics with 60fps. in 30 hours the game crashed...
