Hi , Yes i have no problems with BF3 when i use only one video card , same as you i got all set to max and it runs fine (avr. 60-80 FPS) no AA , about ram i dont see problem bcos i have 8GB of it from patriot cant remeber what speed but no less then 1866Mhz.
