Sorry if I wasn't clear, by 667 I meant an actual speed of 333Mhz or PC-5300.

I have done that, everything from 667 to 1066 and voltages from 1.8v all the way up to 2.35v (2.4v voids my warranty so I won't say that I tried that even though my bios does not provide 2.35v...) it only boots semi-reliably when set to 667.

Same thing here, I get keyboard lag in BF2. I just installed .25 beta lastnight and it was fine untill I tried to play BF2 today. I was running .24 for AGES before with no problems. I'll try to load the profile and shut it down and see what that does, but I'd prefer to keep ATItool running...
