something doesn't add up. with current voltage (~5V) that means that the Max current the cable will need to withstand is 20A (compared to 0.5A at the moment). that's gonna be a very thick cable.. (and very bad for data interfering)

no, IB will fit current 1155 socket mobo's, will probably need a Bios Update though. on topic, havn't noticed before, but the >= signs on the 2600k might suggest Intel will release another 1155 SB with higher clocks before IB
