Use good goo I have same cooler and I use artic silver 5 goo. It can never hurt but do not blob it on just a thin coat on BOTH sides will do. Then give the ol' 1280x1024 ( insert game here ) test and check temp. Everyone seems to forget about the goo. :D Keep on OC'ing
