My friend wants to upgrade his PC its current specs are P4 3 GHz 1GB Ram (will upgrade to 2 later) 2600pro 512/128 DDRII 420 W psu and he want to buy the Radeon RX3870 its an OC edition 512/256 DDR-4 800/2260MHz and its only $120 do u guys think its a good card or maybe know sth bout...

yeah i know its a good card but the prices in my country are very high the 4830 cost $143-$170 so i dont think it will be in the range or 400-410

Opened a few days ago a thread for a limited budget ($400) Don't know yet wat card to buy And found in local price listes the 7950GT(innovision) i know its not the newest card(maybe its already old) but its only $83 and its 512/256 550/1400MHz and i thought it would be the best buy for that...
