Yup, they shouldn't cheap out on this one since RAM prices are cheap right now... unless they'll use like 128bit/256bit ddr3 memory (pc ram is 64bit, effectively 128bit when dual channel and 192bit when triple) or very high clocks, this could make it pricey. I'd say they'll go for "unified" RAM...
