Noctua NF-S12, Noiseblocker XL1 or Nanoxia FX12-1250... thay all are very good, all come with rubber grommets and all are somewhere about 15+ $. Noctua ships with adapters to lower voltage (and noise), nanoxia ships with fan controler on the bracket and Noiseblocker have none of that.

My personal favorite is CM 590. Its much better than Thermaltake M9 and more flaxibile over CM 690.
