I'm running the i7 860 at 3.6 GHz with only 1.175v, which appears to be a sweet spot for my CPU. Even 3.7 GHz needs 1.22v to be stable under IBT load. So, you see, it's gonna be running pretty hot once I cross the 4 GHz mark.
