What could be a safe temp for my 6870 Vapor-X? And tension? I'm npw at 980/4700 at 1.200v... Temps at load are around 64ºC... ATITools shows some yellow artifacts but Unigene 2.5 runs smootlhy... What may this mean?

Are you sure your pc is not booting? It should boot because a video card is actually present. What about if you try to find some batch file rhat allows you to reboot the system and try it? Maybe you could find out if the pc is booting into DOS or not... Cheers
