He's cooling the 6990 though, which is a 450W TDP card. At idle, the 140mm rad can handle the 0% load, but at 100% load it wouldn't surprise me if the loop heated up that quick.

You definitely will be able to. Like others said, make sure you have sufficient airflow around the MOSFET and Northbridge heatsinks and you'll be golden. :)

He should be good. I'm running a Rasa RS240 kit with a Phobya Xtreme 200mm rad added in. I don't have a GPU block, just CPU, but the pump should be able to handle another rad and block. That'd be all I'd personally add before stepping up the pump though.

On average, you'll want a 120mm rad per part, but since you have high-end, high-heat components, you'll be pushing it. At stock clocks you'll be fine, but who wants that ;). I'd throw in another 120mm rad to be safe.
