cpuz is correct your vdroop is .068v. i'm using IP35 Pro my vdroop is .045v

E6750 is a very good processor... i run mine at 3.48ghz 435x8 at 1.3875v.

i run my x2 4200 at 2530mhz, it goes up to as high as 53C load during warm days, and only 48C load during cloudy days...

i think you need a better processor.

with your current system, i can't see the point in upgrading to core2. unless if you're into heavy processing...

have you set your speakers settings to 4.1 in the creative audio console? if stil nothing happens, then you need to install the creative AudioHQ program, which will add to your control panel... and you set you speakers to 4.1 then test... if the rear speakers still wont work, then you must have...

ddr3 have faster speed, more expensive than ddr2... i think the price you pay for an expensive ddr3 is not yet worth it, because it evens out when it comes to the timings... but it will mature through time... better wait... til it matures.
