This. EK used to be a stand up company, unfortunately, they have gone the way of DangerDen. Now they produce junk and very often the nickel finish is of very low quality. Stick with MIPS for full cover blocks and Heatkiller or AquaComputer for GPU/CPU waterblocks.
It will be better than the 6990, but two 580's in SLI still will be the much better performer. Not to mention that two 580's will destroy the 590 in regard to overclocking headroom. Kudos to nvidia for getting the power out, but I'll stick with my 580's.
It's a decent card, but IMO SLI'd 580's still win easily. Not suprising. The 590 will probably not be much faster than the 6990 since the clocks will be much slower than a stock 580. Overclocking headroom will always be much better with an SLI or crossfire setup. I'll stick with my two 580's and...
wow, post something about nvidia and the AMD fanboi's come arunnin' kind of pathetic if you ask me. Just wait till the damn thing is released stop spreading opinions that have no basis in fact at all.

RAM is not something you skimp on if you know anything about computers. You don't have to get the most expensive stuff, but you should do a little leg work and spend a little...
This. You can pickup a G. Skill 6GB DDR3 1600MHz kit from newegg for $70. So spend $45 on POS ram or spend $70 on ram with a lifetime warranty. Go figure.
