    ASUS ARES CrossFire

First of all, awesome review. One of the best reviews I read about this particular card. The results for ARES+5870 is the most interesting. I bet the performance is even better with ARES+5870 (2GB) card. I'd love to see someone comparing that config to 3x5870 2GBs.

    ATI and Physx

Some games will require PhysX drivers no matter what brand card you have. If you have a non-Nvida card installed in system, PhysX will be done in CPU. But, you don't want to do that so you'll probably disable it or set it to low.

    5770 vs gtx 260

I agree. Lower power consumption, better o/c and dx11 is more important than losing couple of fps IMO.

    Is this a REAL screenshot?

Lol! How come you can't tell an obvious Photoshop? There is nothing in that picture says screenshot.

computer shuts down for no reason

I understand your frustration. So which psu is in now, Corsair 1000HX? The only thing comes to my mind is you're having this rare weird/crazy problem right now. Maybe there is a screw on your mobo tray shorting out your mobo. I had experience with a faulty sata cable before that made PC go...

Clarification needed about tv tuner cards

I am using OnAir Creator. http://www.autumnwave.com/index.php/products/tv-tuners/onair-creator I think it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Analog, digital, OTA, QAM, HD no problem. Gets the signal directly out of the wall, no box (box also works). One button screenshot, HD...

    Blue-ray put to death,by Chinese

This reminds me the SVCD (Super Video CD) format which also was very popular in Asia and the Middle East as a cheap alternative to DVD. You could play it with xing or could get a stand alone VCD player for the fraction of a cost of a regular DVD player. Well, DVD still lives so will Blue-ray.

Quadruple Monitor, 2 different Cards (ATi + Nvidia)

Yeah that's where I was going with my question.

    GTX 275 + E8400 = good match?

I think it is a perfect match. Since you've been using your 8800gt for a long time, you'll enjoy this combo for futureproof gaming.

    Which OS are you running?

    Avoid coil noise from graphics

What do you mean by that? Do you hear a buzzing sound coming from the card or do you get interference with your speakers? Are you using HDMI sound output and have problems with that?

    4890 Heat and Noise?

I have two Saphhire 4890 reference in CF and they are LOUD! Definitely plan for a 3rd party cooler if you want to buy these (or go for the toxic edition). I find unbearable if the fan settings turned up more than 30%.
