Decided to replace my 4 year old Corsair Strafe for a Ducky One2 SF in white with Cherry Red as I'm a fan of red key caps.
Love the Ducky's. Use a Ducky Shine 7 Blue Switch for work and its been amazing.
Had a recent encounter with a DP cable issue. Drove me insane. Glad you were able to resolve it.
The old did you unplug it and plug it would have shown this.....
I am in the camp of wait and see approach. Always have been and always will. Microsoft has the tendency to do a lot of stupid stuff with new OS when released.
Recently won a MSI 3060 from the Newegg Shuffle for ~600 with a PSU. I ended up getting it since I actually do not have a spare GPU.
Now to try and get a 3070 or a 3080 if i can win it haha.
For the T3600 i used to own i had very good experience with the PERC Controller cards. Currently one of them is sitting in my old Ivy Bridge system chugging along 4xSAS drives
I have a lot of systems from Dell.
Optiplex 960 - C2D E8400 / 8GB / 250GB SSD. (Mainly sitting as an HTPC system attached to my TV
Optiplex 990 - i5 2400 / 16GB / 250GB SSD + 1TB / Nvidia Quadro NVS510. Mostly a test system for Windows updates and such :)
Optiplex 9020 - i5 4570 / 16G / 500GB...
Personally using a Creative Soundblaster Play! 3 feeding into Sennheiser One Headset and so far its been ok
Used to have an X-Fi Fatal1ty as well but now its sitting being in use by my dad. He got my older PC. :D
Whatever is happening in the market it is not worth it to buy a card right now. I would say prices are through the roof but in this case they broke the heavens as well......
Unless you find something at MSRP or maybe close to it. (Extremely lucky). I would suggest to wait it out if you can.
