M4x30mm for 25mm fans, M4x10mm for 38mm open corner fans.
Doh, reading comprehension fail on my part...
If you're just mounting one side to the case, you'll probably just need M4x5mm. If you're using fan grills, go with 10mm and pickup some nylon washers for spacing in case 10mm is too long.
Apogee XT had the same problem on Gigabyte boards, they revised their blocks and only the first few had the problem.
What it turns out to be is that Gigabyte violated the Intel "no-fly" zone around the socket with that row of caps. Irregardless, Koolance should (and I presume will) take care...
Its still 6 actual heat pipes just like the TRUE, VX and Megahalem/MegaShadow. The major difference is that all of the heat pipes are in the direct air flow of the fan. I certainly find the design interesting though.
Manufacturer preferences aside...
