i want ask then , if i still can open OS, and can backup my files to harddisk external, the bad sector will infect to files like virus? can i backup my files to harddisk external when have that bad sector?

yeah i already back up all data, then if backup when have that 36kb in bad sector is not to late? i try recovery or format, the bad sector is dissapear , but maybe 1 week or 2 week is appear again , if like this can i claim warranty at service center for my harddisk fail?

i want ask , after i run HD diagnostic tool or repairs the harddisk because bad sector , then i scan again , the bad sector already free from bad sector , but when i run chkdsk , i see 36kb in bad sector , what should i do to remove or clean that? :banghead::banghead::banghead:
