Here is a result OCing Corsair Dominator Platinum 2666 C15 into 3200 C16, Hynix M Die (MFR). Not specially good, but was at a discount price (99 euros) :D ! And dual rank helps. (2x16 GB) DDR4 voltage should be 1.39V / 1.05 SOC

Finally managed to get it working vBios + drivers ! I had to remove catalyst center, boot in safe mode, uninstall graphic card in device manager (check uninstall drivers) use driver sweeper / amd display reboot as prompted and directly go again in safe mode ccleaner (registry) twice to have...

This Bios also can make the card boot : http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/94169/powercolor-hd6950-2048-110121.html But no more luck with drivers even after reinstalling them. Edit : not stable cause 880 MHz OC made card crash and force reboot in game, used oldest one (hamilton) and was fine.
