I had those memory issues when I first bought the BlackOps and I had nothing but blank screens as well, board is extremely picky with memory. That problem already solved all should go very easily.

Crap! I have a Q9550 to be delivered Monday too, well, let us hope this union of CPU and Blackops works nicely. These mobos are severely picky with memory too...I use Corsair Dominator DDR3-1600 and currently up to 12GB and no issues there.
