Called MSI and explained what is going on, the tech said it is hardware issue and created a RMA for me. Need to send in the card and hopefully it gets fixed or I get upgraded lol.

If it was drivers that messes up the 5000 series then there would be enough AMD bashing and thrashing, this is probably a hardware issue

I already tried the registry hack and no use hmm other side was not green a while ago then Thought so but how come when I switch to NVidia everything works or when I revert back to 3 year old drivers on the AMD card it works the way it should.
