Hello. I had 2 4870x2's with a I5-750 @ 4.0GHz and it was fast as can be. I also had it running on a Corsair HX850 with no issues at all. Everything overclocked heavy too with 4gb of Mushkin, 3 hard drives and 8 fans. That power supply is underrated IMO. Anyhow i switched to a 5850 and i can say...
