Sorry if I sound needy, but to make it easier, can you just take a picture of the motherboard and circle the connectors I need to detach in order to get to the other side of the motherboard? After taking a long look and scribbling some notes, I think I can see what I need to do. But still...

How much think the battery life will improve if you remove the HDD? Or replace it with say, a Samsung 840 Evo?
