The results of maximum overclock for Sapphire HD 7970 Toxic are wrong it should be 1275 MHz/1885 MHz instead of 1170 MHz/1870 MHz http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/HD_7970_Toxic_6_GB/31.html

HIS Radeon HD 7750 IceQ X Turbo 1 GB

It's not truth, look at the Test Setup page (ATI HD 7000: Catalyst 12.11 Beta) and Overclocking page (gpu-z shows atiumdag 9.10.8.0 Catalyst 12.11).

Can you explain me why is that the 7750 is performing worse? 1920x1200 Max Payne 3 this - 25.1 fps 12.11b review - 27.1 fps BF3 this - 21 fps 12.11b review - 22.8 fps and so on... http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/Catalyst_12.11_Performance/12.html

Is it wrong I need an explanation? If you can't answer me and have nothing new to say, then you should probablly leave this thread.

    AMD Catalyst 12.11 Performance Analysis

The thing is, if performance improvement for 7870/7950 is 7%, the first one should be on GTX660Ti level, and second one with Boost (which you forget to add) nearly GTX670. After driver update, the situation is almost the same. NV cards are even better. Such a shame...

    AMD Catalyst 12.11 Performance Analysis

It's also really weird for 7950/7870: HD 7870 significantly faster than GTX 660, HD 7950 faster than GTX 660Ti But after this review the results turn upside down and GTX 660 overtakes 7870 and GTX 660 Ti - 7950 NV drivers are the same - 306.23 WHQL. The only thing has changed was added one...

    Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X 3 GB

@nanonimo, everything is ok. 850Mhz is your core clock, but 950Mhz is Boost Clock. It enables when it's necessary. Check GPU-Z while gaming.

    Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X 3 GB

One thing, this 7950 VaporX Boost BIOS works really bad. 7950@850Mhz is 4% faster than stock 7950, diff in clocks - 6.25% but with Boost we gain only 3% over 850Mhz, diff in clocks - 11.76% We should get better results with manual overclocking :)

    Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X 3 GB

Still, 660ti was faster in wow than 7950 and overall it's result should be worse, not better.

    Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X 3 GB

Yep and people still prefer GTX 660Ti over HD 7950 :banghead:
