250 GTS SLI vs asus 6870 HD

It already has SLI enabled, but it says nothing about crossfire, but I'm assuming that it can do crossfire due to an earlier post here, which states that it should be able to.

    SSD or VelociRaptors?

I have a 128GB realSSD from crucial, sadly not m4, but it has trim enabled. 355 read, 140 write. If you make sure it has TRIM, the data loss should'nt be a problem for atleast the next 5 years, so to all the haters who are jealous of SSD - It's not that bad! the price is high yes, but so is...

anyone know how to add cpu support to bios'?

As Solaris17 says, the microcode is confidential. To get someone to reprogram it for you, you would have to go talk + pay intel themselves and use alot of time, not sure it's worth it :( Good luck with this anyways! :) ~Vigorsol

Need Help in a Hurry PLEASE!!!!!!!

As mentioned, space won't be your problem. as long as your mobo can take 1600Mhz, and it's ddr3 both of them, then you're good to go! Good luck upgrading! ~Vigorsol

250 GTS SLI vs asus 6870 HD

Ah my mobo can't take crossfire as far as i know, only SLI. So 2x Nvidia or 1x Radeon :/ Lookup the EVGA P55v and you'll see it sucks. have USB 1 D:

250 GTS SLI vs asus 6870 HD

The mobo EVGA p55v, if you look it up, you'll see the overclocking function isn't even included in this mobo. After i upgrade my graphics, I'll be looking into a new mobo, still LGA1156, unless I at that time have money for another CPU, than I'll get myself an 1155 socket, which allowes me to...

    Asus x71vn

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my notebook, I already put an 128 GB SSD, Real SSD c300, 355 mb/s read, 140 mb/s write. I've opened it up quite a bit, and figured out what's upgradable myself; I can upgrade CPU and RAM. i only have 32 bit, so i'd have to get a new OS if i wanted more RAM...
