The 9600GSO beats 9600GT in every benchmark!!! :twitch:

Ours would... Out Palit Geforce 8800 GTS Sonic 1 GB would certainly have beaten the standard 8800 GTX but I can't say the same for all the other cards on the market. http://www.legitreviews.com/article/683/6/

While I am the PR Manager for Palit Multimedia (The Palit division for the Americas) and we have our own product lineup, I will take a stab at this. I am not sure if you are talking about two different colored coolers or PCBs (Board). I guess you mean the cooler. We anodize the coolers to give...

    I like how expertview did this... "9600GT 256MB ≈ 8800GS 384MB ≈ 8800GTS 320MB < 9600GT 512MB ≈ 8800GS 768MB ≈ 8800GTS 640MB < 8800GT 512MB < 8800GTS 512MB < 8800GTX 768MB < 8800Ultra 768MB < 9800GX2" Should sum it up for you. Basically we are going from NO midrange cards with...

    Video card buses?

(320 bit / 8 [bits per byte]) * 800 MHz * 2 [DDR vs SDR] = 64,000 B/s or 64 GB/s (256 bit / 8 [bits per byte]) * 1,000 MHz * 2 [DDR vs SDR] = 64,000 B/s or 64 GB/s Yes they are equal but actually higher. However, you still might see either bus do better in there real world. Missed...

Memory densities have been increasing over time. It is not a matter of if developers will use higher memory densities, it is a matter of WHEN. Here is a graph showing memory densities over time. 1GB will be the norm sooner rather than later. The general consumer buys a card once every 2-3 years...

Yes, those cards are great. Palit will tell you. I got a set of them and OC'ed them past all of the other overclocked versions on the market. I tortured them with high temps at full load for 2 weeks straight with absolutely no issues. While your mileage may vary, they are very good cards.
