Hey try this.. Put the GPU volts to the max that you want to go. Now start at 620. With Ati Tool, press "scan for artifacts" Now leave that open and now go back to the core speed. Go up by 5mhz and after 10-20 seconds go up by 3mhz, then 5mhz. And continue till you reach a point...

You uninstalled Ati cc? that sounds like your problem if u uninstalled Ati CCC. Reinstall your drivers and then have a crack at it.

Only if you overclock your gpu or cpu more, depending on which one your refering to.

Getting a aftermarket aircooler wont really increase your performance at all, only temps will go down. Only if your overclock your pc. Watercooling is only good if you plan on overclocking and its pretty reliable but expense.

Well those temps are pretty high actually and you prolly want to look at a aftermarket CPU cooler, What CPU do you have and what motherboard?
