    Minisforum V3 High-Performance AMD AI 3-in-1 Tablet Starts at $1199 Pre-Sale

In the EU, it's much more - starting at €1,359.00. Every single comment that I saw so far was that everyone expected it to be cheaper and at the current price they won't buy it. Add two months of waiting for shipping (if you are lucky enough to get it from the first batch).

DFI Revolutionizes Industrial Computing with World's First MicroATX Motherboards

It's funny how so many people remember how the DFI LanParty series was overclocking. Somehow, no one remembers the ridiculously high RMA rate. I was working in distribution back then, and we stopped selling them because of too high losses from RMA. The same did many other distributors. I guess...

ASRock Unveils Z790I & B760I Lightning WiFi Motherboards with DDR5-8600 Support for Extreme Overdrive Power

As I said, it's not a problem with motherboards. There are plenty of other motherboards that can handle 8600+, but it's probably the first one from ASRock that can handle it, as others were giving up around 7600-8200. Most motherboard manufacturers won't guarantee high frequencies, over 8000...

ASRock Unveils Z790I & B760I Lightning WiFi Motherboards with DDR5-8600 Support for Extreme Overdrive Power

Good luck with 8600 RAM. Most CPUs can't handle RAM at 8200, not to mention 8600. Recently, I tested the 14900K, which couldn't even run stable with RAM at 7200. This is probably why ASRock used the cherry-picked 14600K for stability test screenshots and the 14900KS only passed Cinebench, which...

    Fractal Design Terra

Maybe it's my luck or a problem with quality control, but I got one last week, and it was missing all 4 motherboard spacers and graphics card tool-less screws. All of them are supposed to be pre-installed. New case with all the labels, protective foil/tapes and everything else. The case, in...

ASUS Intel 700, 600 Series and AMD AM5 Motherboards Are Ready to Support up to 256 GB of DDR5 Memory

The only 64GB modules that I know are Kingston/Micron and were used for tests by all popular motherboard brands. You can check the press releases for MSI, Gigabyte, or ASRock. If they show modules, then they're Kingston/Micron ... but I haven't seen them in stores, and they are not even listed...

Milestone SuperPi-32M OC World Record Achieved by SAFEDISK with G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 Memory

The screenshot suggests it's Win10. 1.84GB RAM active ;) I guess it would be "wow!" 10 years ago, but competitive OC is pretty much dead nowadays. Great as a marketing tool ...

Intel Core i9-14900KS Draws as much as 409W at Stock Speeds with Power Limits Unlocked

Pretty much most. I would worry more about available cooling, as 13900K/14900K are already at the edge of throttling on the best mass-sale coolers.

V-COLOR Introduces Manta DDR5 XFinity MPOWER in Collaboration with MSI

V-Color is available worldwide. There is a lot of that stuff on Amazon. I guess they don't work with local distribution in any country. They were also OEM for Gigabyte for some time. I have no idea if they still are. Btw. MSI MPower won't be available out of Asia, and it's quite sad news as...

V-COLOR Introduces Manta DDR5 XFinity MPOWER in Collaboration with MSI

The quality is pretty good in general. Overclocking is about the best you can find (sometimes, it's a matter of luck). DDR4 can be tricky because of motherboards and IMC. If it's not for overclocking and playing around with settings, then better get something lower frequency but something like...

FSP PSU Lineup Ready for RTX 40 Super Series

I reviewed a couple of listed 1000/1200W units in the last year, and all were pretty good. In general, most new FSP PSUs are worth the recommendation, and their prices are not so high. Only the SFX version asks for a refresh, but ATX are fine. By refresh, I mean that on the power design, it's...

Diablo IV Coming to Steam on October 17

Looks like D4 is selling worse than expected, so they are pushing it to Steam now. Some news a couple of months ago was saying that 70% of accounts are already inactive, and Blizzard is showing numbers in registered accounts as usual. Most of those who were counting on something more interesting...

SSDs With Phison E26 Controllers Shut Down at Higher Temperatures

I have a Crucial T700 and an ADATA Legend 970. There were no problems with shutting down on both of them when I was running extended tests. Crucial was throttling from time to time with the stock heatsink, and ADATA was not even throttling, but the fan is noisy (can't adjust speed, it runs at...

Diablo IV Season of the Malignant Launching on July 20

They didn't wait long to release new paid content to an overpriced game that isn't even stabilized. I have no problems with crashing, but there are some bugged quests (some things were not fixed since beta), often "rubberbanding", and more often, I see bots. There is not even an option to report...

Crucial Launches the Pro Series Memory

This is exactly the same memory as their latest "Classic" modules (5200/5600). The same SPD/XMP and used Micron IC. I could make 6200 CL32-44-44 ~1.40V on AMD ... the same for 2x16GB and 2x32GB kit (the classic version without heatsinks). I wasn't testing it on Intel, but at 6400 already were...
