    Sony Considering PS3 Supercomputer-Grid

the PS3 may have alot of processing power, but look at the GPUs (X1900s?) scores - for the small number of 'cpus' it is a huge score

    Cooler Master 1000W PSU

one 12v rail for a 1000W psu would be bonkers. And with multiple cpus and gfx cards (FX-74 etc) split rails are useful.

Microsoft aims to ship over 10 million Xbox360s by 2007

i wouldnt be surprised if demand is still high. Gears of War has brought more people in, the PS3 is like gold dust and in the UK (where obviously the PS3 isnt out yet) there have been some pretty good deals on bundles with recent games (inc GoW etc)

ASUS Introduces P5W DH Deluxe Motherboard with Core2 Duo CPU Support

okay from the picture it obviously uses heatpipes, which is a bit pointless as i975x has never needed them yet.... I hate heatpipes on mobos as they dont work anywhere near as well in horizontal or upside down (eg V1000, TJ06) cases

ASUS Introduces P5W DH Deluxe Motherboard with Core2 Duo CPU Support

i975x has 2 x PCI-E x16, but they become x8 when used together (thats what I think it will be referring to) I doubt it will use heatpipes, Asus only uses heatpipes on the nforce chipsets in general because Nvidia chipsets run extremely hot compared to the INtel and ati chipsets.
