Problem RESOLVED: I bought an intel i5 2500k processor, and my framerates in WoW have doubled in just about every raid scenario that I'd been describing before.. Thanks for all the help everyone!

All right, well just leaving my computer running for about an hour while sitting in orgrimmar, I'm getting 48* celsius readings for the CPU temperature. I won't accurately be able to see the temps under load until tuesday when I raid :(

ALL fans within my computer are moving. I believe that I only have one case fan.

Ok this seemes to have worked, but the individual core temps are showing 0* Celsius. Right now, you can see what I've got open on my computer (about 9 google chrome tabs) and my CPU temp is reading 46* Celsius. I guess that's a problem... =( http://i.imgur.com/8q7EJ.png

I'll download HWMonitor, but I have no guarantee that I'll get CPU temps. I've tried two programs, actually, to see my CPU temps while playing WoW and for an odd reason I get 0*Celsius as a reading. =(

I do have one question for anyone that may know the answer: does the amount of air flow in your case have a huge influence on processor temperatures? My case is relatively small (at least I'd say that) when compared to, say, my friend's computer case. Could this be causing heat issues with my...

I've updated my system specs for you (to my knowledge). I just don't have a clue of what TYPE of hard drives I have. I do have one 7200 RPM drive that I run WoW off of, though. As far as the OCing went, it was actually stable for about 12 hours until I began getting crashes. I don't know what...

Cleaning the heatsink didn't help at all, but after thinking about it some more, I can't help but to wonder: why would heat issues only affect WoW and not my other games like Crysis? I'm pretty sure that I may have just overlooked that aspect, so I'm having doubts about the heat causing issues.
