Mods:
I have completely painted the case, and drilled into it 4 holes for the cable management.

In the third picture there is a silent 8400GS [Flash fired :p].
The case has double dust filters @ every intake, and the CPU Cooler has another one as well.
I called it ColdRaptor because the CPU has 15*C in idle and 30*C after 5 mins of full load.

The ambient is 23*C. Constant. :)
The thing is that my CPU's max power consumption is only 45W, so it generates less heat. Plus, it's cooled by a huge radiator, that's standing in the breeze of 3 120 mm fans.

if ambient temp is 23 then minimal cpu temp is 23 ?
i don't wanna agrue about it but i just don't understand it
again very nice computer :)

The thermal conductivity of aluminium remains the same in every conditions, it's a constant [237 W/(m·K)]. When you mount a cooler [the surface of the radiator is another constant] that was built to extract 140W of heat from a CPU, but under it, works a 45W CPU... well... normally the temp has got to drop down seriously, like almost three times down.
From 23 to 7 point smth. The heat from the radiator itself makes the CPU temp to rise a little, in my case to 15*C.
I don't know much physics , but logically, I think this must be the explanation.
And a good ventilation helps the cooler in doing it's job.
