I remember in early 2001, when I had a 1 ghz Athlon and a Geforce2 200mx, my 3Dmark2001 score was around 1600. The Geforce2 200mx at the time was the low end . When I went to the high end in late 2001 with the Radeon 8500, my 3Dmark2001 score got around 7500.
Today with 3Dmark2006, I get roughly 2200 with my x800gto2 that is overclocked and unlocked. At stock speed, it would probably get around 1600 points.
Should I consider the card as the current real low end? And would you consider an ATI X1300 and a Geforce 7300gs as ULTRA LOW END / ENTRY ?
