So it wont come with a cooler huh? That is a huge savings. They dont know if they want to sell the proc for 199.99 189.99 179.99 or 169.99. Ive seen it one time for 164.99.

9950 should be 160$ at the most and 9850 140$. 200$ is just too much for a 9950.. Now 115$ is a hell of a deal!

other problem is no warranty :-x but so tempting ... well it WAS in stock when I posted it, now it's not, lol... so others noticed, hope someone here snatched one up

Are you sure that it's available for sale now, i doubt it? and i think AMD does give warranty with it, only newegg doesn't. Mail AMD service dept and get to know that.

OEM = no warranty (only egg gives 7 days exchange or refund).

Yea they do, i just ordered one, its a BE with heatsink and fan. But it was not at that low price ^ it was $314 shipped

and that was like the cheapest i could find.
