okay so here is the deal guys
i was handed a laptop by a friend of mine, and was told, i can not charge the thing...
so after exploration because of lack of any details i found out that the power jack on the laptop is busted, i have a pic of it, and basically what it is, is the prong in it cracked but it looks like it can be repaired with some sotering and some super glue
my question is, would it be advisable to do something like this, or could i wind up ruining the thing even more, its not under warranty.. or at least he was unsure if it was, i have the thing apart found a nice video on youtube on how to take it apart luckily
simple question of is it worth it to try and to the repair
