Tho only Q3A. Man I wish I witnessed the eraly years of video games... I found an old catalogue from a huge warehouse (still existing btw), where Ataris and Phillips were advertised. They advertised a soccer game and said something along the lines of "super realistic, as if you were IN the stadium". Today, nobody would play that even on a cellphone.

Yeah the 2600 is what really took gaming mainstream. I had the all black one but my friend next door had the "classy" one with the wood trim. :laugh:

Whenever I see Atari make a game nowadays I sometimes just buy it good or bad to support the company. I know its corny but I feel like I owe them that.

Sega Master System FTW. I was 1 when my parents bought a Genesis. Became loyal to Sony afterwards. Don't remember a first game, but I loved Astro Warrior. The third level had awesome music. XD

Earliest game I can remember was Postman Pat on the ZX Spectrum (not well though I was very young at the time).

If I remember correctly you got a cup of tea every time you delivered a letter on time but if you ran out of caffine in your system you died :laugh:

OMG i actually found the controller lol. Apparently was around 1983 but this is a US date not the UK date.. I had a ZX81 around that time and a Sinclare ZX128 and that i used to play some cool flight sims on later lol.
