I just got my tracking number for two EVGA GTX 280 SC cards. I've read lot of different reports over at Overclock.net and HardForums, lot of cancellations yet others are receiving their tracking numbers.

Right now, this seems like a lottery type of thing that's going on.

Dang that sucks to hear man. Hopefully all you guys at tpu will get your cards. I have hard time seeing this as a fluke as many of the gtx 280s were really cheap. So its not like they accidentally set the price of just one card to low. All of them were super low.

I read they ran short of SSC's but the sc's are fine, people are getting hter superclocked and the SSC's still have a chance, I did all mine with the i'll send you a MO option, so i didn't have to put a penny down and it looks like they are all still good... :rockout:

Any idea what they will do if I don't get my SSC? Just cancel my order and tell me to go screw myself? Or will they offer replacement, etc. ?

Yep, mine is still "Processing" and "in the shipping process"...

I decided I'd contact their customer support to see whats up, but then I looked at their FAQ, and saw this:

So an order placed over the weekend takes long to ship than one placed on Monday and possible Tuesday?

If this proves to be the policy they tend to follow (and obviously if I don't get my order), I doubt I'll be able to buy from them ever again, no matter how good a deal :shadedshu...

Thing is, I heard if you go from "In the shipping process" to "Sent to Warehouse" then your not getting your card... Hope this won't happen to me or anyone else here
