I would like to push my memory to 800MHz if possible, it is the Corsair Xtreme DDR2 675MHz, which is suppose to be able to do 675MHz 4-4-4-12 at 1.9v... I think I can do 667MHz 4-4-4-12 at only 1.8v.

What settings do you suggest I try to reach 800MHz? I mean in term of voltage and timings.

It isn't really required that I reach 800MHz but I would prefer to.

I'd start at 1.9v 5-5-5-18 and check for stability, if it's stable just keep tightening the timings till its no longer stable.

If 667MHz 4-4-4-12 works fine at 1.8 or 1.9 volts, do you think 800MHz 5-5-5-15 would work at 1.9v?

It probably should, try it and see at worst you'll have to rest your cmos if it doesn't work.
