Problems with my RX3850 OC

Hi Folks, you're my last hope.

I got a Problem with my MSI RX3850 T2D512E OC.
I bought this Card for my HTPC.

It should have 690/828 Core/Ram clocks, but I just have 690/700.
I emailed to MSI Support and get a Bos that got 690/828, but GPU-Z show me still at default clock 700 and current Steeing then the 828.

I searched now a few weeks the www. and finaly found the Biosfile Version I need.

VER010.081.001.000.028348 ist the Bios I need

VER010.081.001.000.028276 is the File I get from MSI.

This Screen is, what GPU-Z is shown me.
Someone got the Original File for me?

how your card look?
you could just edit your bios with RBE and then flash it back .with the clocks you want or you could try this http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/...MSI&model=HD+3850&interface=PCI-E&memSize=512

Can't use this one, my Card is MSI Design, this Bios didn't work, I have odd Grafik issues with it.
