NEW Build Problems

Ok so i just put together my new rig and I am having some problems. When i turn it on it says

Verifying DMI Pool Data ...................
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

So i think ive tried everything unplugging the HD changing the boot order in the bios and changing CD drives I have no idea whats wrong

Any help is appreciated

Make sure the HD is firmly in, and if you can try another HD.

The OS could also be possibly corrupt.

What's on the Hard Drive? I know it's a noob question, but did you install Vista/XP/Windows 7?

NVM i think i figured it out my CD Drive was faulty and my other CD drive wasnt plugged in all the way
